Jagan Discharge Petition Postponed

Jagan Discharge Petition Postponed: Jagan petition was postponed to this month 22nd. In Jagati Publications, Jagan petition was filed in the charge sheet against the 3 traders investment. Jagan wanted to come out from this case. But the CBI filed a complaint against the petition. After the long arguments, CBI postponed the hiring to this month 22nd. On the behalf of Jagan, senior advocate Umamaheswara Rao says his arguments. He argued that the CBI charge sheet filed against the high court orders that there was no Quid pro quo or public benefit in the case of investments.

Investment transaction is a business matter within the law firm. For this hiring Jagan, Vijay Sai Reddy, IAS officer Srilakshmi were attended. Jagan stays in court hall from morning 10:30 AM to evening 5:00 PM. The CBI and court have to respond positively to Jangan’s petition for permission to go London. Jagan asked permission for his daughter to join London Cambridge University. The court gave the permission.
