The Enforcement Directorate(ED) Appellate Tribunal has sought the seizure of assets worth Rs 700 crore, including Lotus Pond’s residence in Sakshi, Sakshi’s head office in Banjarahills, Commerce Minister’s Building in Bangalore and Jagan’s shares in several companies.
The YS Bharati defaulting on foreclosure of the assets has been ordered by the ED tribunal to release them immediately.YS Jagan and Nimmagadda Prasadare relieved from Vanpic case.
With the Tribunal’s decision, 42 acres of land in Idupalapaya, 16 acres in Pulivendu and shares in Banjarahills Sagar society released.
The tribunal has also suspended the confiscation of assets of Rs. 325 crores. The tribunal has asked Nimmanadda to provide a bank guarantee of Rs 274 crore.
