In generative AI solutions, AWS invests $100 million.
Amazon Web Services (AWS) has announced a $100 million investment in a generative AI innovation center aimed at assisting customers in building and implementing generative AI solutions. The program will facilitate collaboration between AWS AI and machine learning (ML) experts and customers worldwide, supporting them in conceptualizing, designing, and launching new generative AI products, services, and processes.
The Generative AI Innovation Center aims to provide flexible and cost-effective generative AI services to enterprises, alongside a team of experts who will assist organizations in leveraging this technology. The center’s team, consisting of strategists, data scientists, engineers, and solutions architects, will guide customers through each stage of developing customized generative AI solutions.
AWS and its partner network will assist in model selection, overcoming technical and business challenges, developing proofs of concept, and planning for large-scale solution deployment. Companies such as Highspot, Lonely Planet, Ryanair, and Twilio have already expressed interest in working with the Innovation Center to explore the potential of generative AI solutions.
