Date:

In connection to the Babli agitation case where the Maharashtra court has issued not bailable warrants to CBN and 15 others, the TDP chief has decided not to appear before the Dharmabad court on October 15th.

Advocate Subba Rao filed a recall petition to the court
The A.P chief minister is once again going to send his advocates to file a recall petition in this case with valid reasons. CBN has taken this decision after discussing with senior leaders of the party and legal experts. CBN is in his plans to move to High Court if he doesn’t get the result in his favour.

Naidu To File Recall Petition On Dharmabad Court Notice

This is the case related to 2010 where CBN and his ministers were charged for preventing the officials there in performing their duties and also for doing agitation at Babli project without having any permission. The TDP is alleging that the BJP is behind this and they are trying to harass TDP intentionally to benefit the opposition party.
