The NDA alliance has secured a decisive victory in the AP assembly elections. With 88 seats needed to form the government out of a total of 175 assembly seats, the NDA alliance won a commanding 164 seats. Within this coalition, TDP emerged as the single largest party with 135 seats, followed by Jana Sena with 21 seats, YCP with 11 seats, and BJP with 8 seats.
The excitement in AP is palpable. The people are eagerly speculating on how many ministers Chandrababu Yuva will appoint from the Jana Sena Party, which achieved a remarkable 100% strike rate in the elections. There is widespread discussion that Jana Sena may secure 3 or 4 ministerial positions. Prominent Jana Sena members Nadendla Manohar, Kandula Durgesh, Pantham Nanaji, Bommidi Naikkar, and Varaprasad are all in the running for these coveted posts.
