Kim promises to build stronger strategic relationships with Russia
North Korean leader Kim Jong-un promises his willingness to strengthen strategic ties with Russia in a congratulatory message to Russian President Vladimir Putin on Russia Day. Kim referred to the friendly relations between North Korea and Russia as a “precious strategic asset” and pledged continuous efforts to develop cooperative ties.
The message highlighted Kim’s readiness to foster closer strategic cooperation between the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK) and Russia.
