Beatboxing and flutist duo, Divyansh Kacholia and Manuraj Singh Rajput, have become the winners of ‘India’s Got Talent 9’.

Their performance stunned the judges including Shilpa Shetty Kundra, Kirron Kher, Badshah, and Manoj Muntashir.

The finale became more entertaining as singer and comedienne Sugandha Mishra joined the host Arjun Bijlani. Divyansh and Manuraj, who hail from Jaipur and Bharatpur respectively shared their happiness on winning the trophy. Both were known for their amazing jugalbandi on the show.

Divyansh mentioned: “I am happy because this is revolutionary in the history of Indian reality shows where two musicians who collaborated to find their own sound, have been declared as winners of ‘India’s Got Talent 9’. I feel that now all the instrumentalists, may it be beatboxers, sitar players, or flutists, will grab the spotlight and feel confident that their dreams can also come true.”

Manuraj also expressed his joy in winning the winner’s title.

“I could not imagine that there even was a level of happiness beyond being ecstatic. I am not only floating on cloud 9 but I think I’ve reached what’s called the nirvana of happiness. Collaborating with Divyansh came to us out of the blue but the play of the fates was such that we have now become the winners of the show where we met.”

“Our win is a win for all the instrumentalists in the country who are still in the background. Instagram influencer trolls Katrina’s cooking skills, actress responds

Katrina Kaif was recently trolled by a social media influencer over her cooking skills. Katrina often shares pictures of delicacies that she bakes or cooks for her husband Vicky Kaushal.

Spinning the same around, Instagram influencer Freddy Birdy posted a few pictures of “easy recipes” in the story section of his Instagram to make an oblique comment on Katrina’s culinary skills.

He wrote on his pictures, “Easy recipes for @katrinakaif Chilly Cheese Toast (bread+cheese+chillies+toaster) (sic).” Taking notice of her mention in Freddy’s stories, Katrina replied to the story in question saying, “This is not easy.”

Freddy took the screenshot of Katrina’s message in his DM and again shared it in his stories, this time writing, “Why I (love, heart emojis) @katrinakaif. Also, she is as funny as she is beautiful.”

In the past, Freddy has also trolled Deepika Padukone over her film ‘Gehraiyaan’. The two had a proper social media showdown before the fire was eventually doused.

The team of director Seenu Ramasamy’s eagerly-awaited family drama, ‘Maa Manithan’, featuring actors Vijay Sethupathi and Gayathrie in the lead, has released another trailer of the film.

While the first trailer of the film gave away the fact that actor Vijay Sethupathi plays a character called Radhakrishnan and actress Gayathrie plays his wife, the second trailer shows that Radhakrishnan leads a peaceful life as an auto driver. However, Radhakrishnan looks to take up another profession in order to get more income so that his children can get a better education. The trailer does not give away the details of the new profession but shows that invariably it gets Radhakrishnan into a lot of trouble.

The film has been garnering attention for a lot of reasons including the fact that this is the first film for which both music director Ilaiyaraja and his son Yuvan Shankar Raja have jointly scored the music.

Pix from Ranbir-Alia ‘gathbandhan’ go viral; honeymoon in South Africa

The excitement over Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt’s wedding continues even as the newly-wed couple is said to be all set for their honeymoon in South Africa.

After the first wedding pictures shared by Alia on her Instagram, now new pictures from their ‘gathbandhan’ ceremony have taken the Internet by storm.

Gathbandhan is a ritual in Hindu weddings in which the bride’s ‘pallu’ is tied to the groom’s scarf. The ritual symbolizes the union of the couple for eternity.

From the groom’s side, mother Neetu Kapoor, sister Riddhima Kapoor Sahni and cousin Karisma Kapoor performed the rituals, as Ranbir’s other cousin, Kareena Kapoor Khan, stood by the newly-wed couple’s side.

Ranbir and Alia began dating on the sets of Ayan Mukherjee’s ‘Brahmastra’ in 2018 and made their first public appearance as a couple at Sonam Kapoor’s wedding in the same year.

Their choice of South Africa as their honeymoon destination follows their earlier visit to the country to ring in the New Year. That was when they fell in love with the place and decided to return after tying the knot.
