Balayya is actually planning to meet the CM YS Jagan individually

0

The reopening of film shootings issue escalated to a new level when Chiranjeevi and others met Telangana’s Cinematography minister Talasani Srinivas Yadav, but without Balakrishna. The Nandamuri actor put his dissent out with unwanted words like ‘land deal meetings’, which turned a big turmoil when Naga Babu condemned his comments adding much fuel to it with similar comments.

The heated arguments from sympathizers on both sides almost ended and there is a new topic coming up now. It is all about the big wigs of the Telugu film industry meeting the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh now. This time, producer C Kalyan said he invited Balayya, but the actor may not be joining the meet on June 9, being the eve of his birthday.

Though it appears to be just any reason to skip the meeting on that day, it is now heard that Balayya is actually planning to meet the CM YS Jagan individually, but not along with the group of big actors and producers in Telugu cinema. In fact, he is said to be seeking appointments to meet both the CMs regarding the film shoot reopening and many other issues, but in no way interested in joining the meet on June 9.

Well, it is not any sensation if Balayya meets KCR, considering KCR’s admiration for NTR and the matured thinking of Balayya and KCR, that keep politics and ideological difference at bay during a meet with different prominence. But, +it has to be seen if Balayya really is looking towards meeting AP CM YS Jagan, as that meet could remotely embarrass Chandrababu Naidu, given the different political equations in Andhra Pradesh from Telangana.

But in this episode who is to be really blamed? Actors for making simple of tongue remarks or fans for reacting in abusive manner? One actress backs fans and she is Poonam Kaur and she went on to add that trolling is part of actor’s life these days. In a series of tweets, Poonam seems to have indirectly supported Jr NTR fans in the war with Meera Chopra.

“While my name is dragged consistently for no reason, till date I have not complaint a single thing on fans, I truly believe they are innocent n are instigated my middle people of media for their gains, I have launched complain only on people who troubled me. Don’t blame fans for wars. No actor wants his fans to abuse any one, it’s created by jealous factors in and around the industry n media.

They don’t have time for this. Trolling is a part of actors life. Criminal acts needs to be reported. Trolling is a game done to victimse u .dont bother .move on! We don’t even know if these fans are fake accounts created by political gains and at the end the actor gets blamed no matter who it is …. accept that our industry is interlinked with one political party each .fans are innocent people ,few political people are evil .they do this,” wrote Poonam in three different tweets.

Poonam has abundant experience in this sort of issues and she carefully mentioned that fans are innocent and it’s the middle people who do this mudslinging for damaging the reputation of a celebrity.

Post-production formalities will then begin, and when theatres will open, the makers will announce the release date.

Kangana slams B’wood celebs who back Black rights but endorse fairness cream

0

Kangana Ranaut has taken a dig at Bollywood celebrities who are protesting the killing of George Floyd in Minneapolis, US, and taking part in the Black Lives Matter campaign but preferred to stay mum when two sadhus were lynched in Palghar.

“I feel it has become fancy to somehow be a part of this bandwagon which is relevant to the West. But if you see how Asian celebrities and actors work, they are very impactful in this part of the country. I don’t know how they are participating in the socio-political reform of America. Just a few weeks ago, two sages were killed openly in a mob, they we’re lynched to death. But unfortunately cops handed them over to the bloodthirsty mob. There was not a word from anyone. I think that would probably resonate with the majority Indian sentiments,” said Kangana, in an interview with BBC.

A video clip of the interview has been shared on the actress’s official Instagram page.

In the interview, Kangana also pointed out that many Bollywood actors and actresses who endorse fairness creams were now talking about racial discrimination.

“These people, especially the Indian celebrities, the successful ones, certainly I am the exception, they have been endorsing all kinds of fairness products and today shamelessly they stand and say black lives matter. How dare they? Why is no one asking them? What about these million dollar deals that they have been doing with all kinds of fairness products and how come now suddenly black lives matter?” she said.

The actress added: “When you politicise your compassion, your activism, your humanity, then you are also a part of the problem. The problem is selective compassion and I think that is what we are seeing here in India. Most celebrities are being called out on this that why there was no outrage over the monks because sadhus are like monks. They were killed precisely because they were wearing saffron clothes. There is no outrage. Everybody is mum about it. I think the dissent is also being commercialized to look busy without work I’d say.”

“A fully developed superpower, a developed nation like America, we want to involve ourselves in their political issues but we have so much to do here…We should take a lead from them and we should talk about our issues because every country has their own set of issues and we need to first deal within the house before we go out and try and reform the world. We are failing to do that,” she told BBC.

Vindu Dara Singh: Lanka Dahan was one of most challenging scenes done by dad

0

Actor Vindu Dara Singh has looked back at the time when his father, actor Dara Singh, played Hanuman in Ramanand Sagar’s popular series, “Ramayan”.

“Lanka Dahan was one of the most challenging scenes done by my father. He always believed in giving his 100 percent to whatever he did, but shooting with naked flames always has its own challenges as well as risks. On top of that he was in his heavy make–up but he never complained. He did his own stunts with the real fighters. Before inflaming my father’s faux tail, Ramanand Sagar ji took all the precautionary measures and the scene went smoothly,” said Vindu.

Lanka Dahan is one of the most important sequences of “Ramayan”. Hanuman gets captured by Ravan’s army and his tail is set on fire, but he escapes and leaps from roof to roof, setting fire to Ravan’s citadel and makes the giant leap back from the island to the Indian Ocean.

Talking about the epic sequence, Ramanand Sagar’s son Prem Sagar said: “The Lanka Dahan chapter was crafted with a lot of thought by Ramanand Sagar and his team. This sequence required a lot of skill and creativity both in writing and technical aspect. From Dara ji’s acting and quirky expressions to Anand Sagar’s creative shooting angles, this track portrayed it all. For the sequence, we specially hired an artificial-tail expert as the tail needed to catch fire and we could not afford to use just ropes. Then Dara Singh ji starved every day for six hours (for 7 days) during this scene and still performed it with so much conviction and finally Anand Sagar shot it beautifully using all possible innovation and technique available in those days.”

The eighties show has been brought back on television and is now airing on Star Plus.

Sonakshi Sinha is angry with people ill-treating animals, and says that animals are far better than humans because they are not “sick in the brain”.

“Why do people relate behaving badly to ‘behaving like an animal?’ Please behave like animals. Because animals don’t kill for fun, or for their entertainment or because they’re just sick in the brain. Humans do,” tweeted the actress.

This tweet by Sonakshi comes as a reaction to the brutal incident of a pregnant elephant being killed by humans who fed her with pineapple stuffed with firecrackers. The firecrackers exploded in her mouth and the female elephant died while standing in a river.

The statement reads: “WWF India condemns the gruesome death of a pregnant elephant near Malappuram, Kerala on 27 May 2020.”

“WWF India strongly requests the Kerala Forest Department and local authorities to thoroughly investigate this matter and ensure that those responsible for this gruesome act are held accountable under the provisions of the Wildlife (Protection) Act, 1972 and any applicable law so that such practices are not repeated in the future.”
