With the shooting of ‘Love Story’ almost done, director Sekhar Kammula is said to have readied the film in the editing suite, such that he could wrap balance shoot quite quickly after lockdown goes off.

In the meantime, with hero Naga Chaitanya asking him to showcase some scenes, such that he could show them to wife, the director is said to have sent some edited work to him.

After watching the 80% of the completed film, without re-recording of course, Samantha is said to have told the director that Sai Pallavi is truly dominating in the movie.

Sources say that Sekhar Kammula got confused whether that is a positive statement or not. He is said to have stunned if Samantha is giving feedback about his heroine’s acting or saying that she snatched the limelight from her husband.

Previously, Samantha is the one who hailed Kammula for writing women-centric films and carving feminist movies. And now that her husband is acting as a lead in “Love Story”, surely she can’t demand her husband to be in a huge spotlight than the heroine. Maybe she is praising Sai Pallavi’s work, we have to say.

It is known that Naga Chaitanya has signed a film with Manam director Vikram K Kumar after wrapping up Sekhar Kammula’s Love Story.

The latest news from the film unit is that the movie has been titled ‘Thank You’. According to the sources, the writer BVS Ravi and producer Dil Raju had felt that this title would be apt when they were working on the script.

But director Mahi had reportedly registered this title before and he gave it away immediately when producer Dil Raju requested the title.

National Award-winning south Indian actress Priyamani, who appeared in the new digital film “Ateet”, says working with actors like Manoj Bajpayee, Rajeev Khandelwal, Sanjay Suri to Rana Dagubaatti in the recent time has surely helping her grow as an actress.While she made her digital debut with the web series “The Family Man” last year, the film “Ateet” is her second outing in the OTT space.

“I shot ‘Ateet’ a little before the shooting of ‘The Family Man’ started. So, technically this was my first film in Hindi language and, being an actress in the South, it was quite obvious for me to have the support of co-actors to perform well. It is interesting that both Rajeev and Sanjay are very different in their style of acting. So it is interesting for me to work with them,” Priyamani told IANS.

“Manoj sir, on the other hand, improvises a lot and comes up with something that creates magic. So as a co-actor if I am not alert, I might just miss out on the moment! So yes, when you work with Manoj sir, you are a student. I am lucky to have worked with these actors who are very sensible and skilled,” she added.

Directed by Tanuj Bharma, “Ateet” is streaming on ZEE5. Priyamani plays a mother in the film, which revolves around the mysterious death of a soldier.

Ever since a project in the combination of Superstar Mahesh Babu and ace director Rajamouli was announced by the filmmaker himself, speculations about the film’s genre have become a major discussion on social media.

While a few are betting that the film is going to have a fantasy backdrop, a majority of fans and moviegoers are predicting that the film will be a James Bond spy-thriller. Meanwhile, the latest buzz among the film circles is that Rajamouli is not interested in making a James Bond film with Mahesh and going to come up with something different.

As of now, Rajamouli and his father Vijayendra Prasad are busy wrapping up the script work. So to get clarity on the film’s genre, we have to wait and watch for a few more days.
