Superstar Mahesh Babu’s Athidhi fame Amrita Rao who is quite famous in Hindi with the flick Vivah blamed Tollywood of belittling the actresses. Discussing the importance of heroines with a media, Amrita Rao stated that Tollywood is one place where they use heroines only for some glamour and nothing else. She backed working for Athidhi by stating that she got ample space to perform along with Mahesh Babu. According to Rao, she rejected tons of offers in Telugu while she was working for Athidi due to less screen space and more glamour dosage. As these claims are not enough, Rao declared that the working environment is not so encouraging for the actresses. However, she has some good things associated with the Telangana capital. While working for Athidi and a parallel Hindi flick, She developed a bonding with Hyderabad cuisine and still maintains good relations with Mahesh and Namrata.

The visionary director SS Rajamouli is planning to make this flick a Pan India movie by releasing it in many Indian languages including Hindi. To market it, he aimed to get the Hindi heroines on board. Inside sources claim that the team of RRR held talks with the glamorous dolls Parineeti Chopra and Alia Bhatt to cast them opposite Ram Charan Tej and NTR Jr. unfortunately, these actresses are quoting whopping prices which is now boggling the minds of RRR makers. It came to know that Alia stated 6 crores and Parineeti nodded for 4 crores. So now the producer DVV Danayya is in second thoughts of getting the Hindi heroines and they would end up roping the talented South Indian heroines for the flick.

A look at his upcoming course of production works explains everything.This Rangasthalam maker who won awards and appreciations for his stunning presentation of Chitti Babu and his story shifted his concentration on production. AP State Budget For 2019-20 Is Finally Out

The AP Finance Minister Yanamala Rama Krishnudu has presented the State budget for the year 2019-20 which is done under the “Vote on Account” scheme. With the total budget of 2.26 lakh crores of rupees, the CBN lead AP Government this time presented the biggest sum ever.For the ninth time, Yanamala Rama Krishnudu got a chance to get the AP budget and now the Government covered all the sections of the society keeping the upcoming elections in mind. With a revenue expenditure of 1.8 lakh crores, the State’s revenue contribute 2.890 crores and the revenue deficit will be of 32,349 crores. The AP ruling party concentrated on the Irrigation and Agriculture sectors to minimize the farmers and their problems.

The department of Panchayat Raj and Rural Development takes the largest piece of budget pie with more than 32,000 crores of rupees. Along with the IT and Municipality, TDP has concentrated on the reserved categories like BC Welfare, SC and ST sub plans to help the underdeveloped section of the society. Overall the Finance Minister made it sure that they satisfy the major segments of the AP state including Women empowerment.Other than this, Yanamala who heaped praises on his own party and its Chief CBN declared that AP has got a double digit growth rate. Reminding that the AP State topped the Ease of Doing Business for the last three consecutive year, the Finance Minister declared that the TDP Government is making records in Adverse situations like Centre’s enmity with the State.

The Nizam hero Nithin has lost his charm with consecutive flops these days. However, he is pinning huge hope on hi upcoming movies. One flick among these project has got a change in producer.

Nithin okayed a lovely subject narrated by the Kumari 22F fame director Surya Pratap. This flick was initially landed in the hands of production house Geetha Arts. however, the guru of Pratap, Sukumar is not willing to leave this script to anyone and now asked his disciple to come out of Geetha Arts. Sukumar wants to bankroll this project starring Nithin so he asked the latter to fetch another co-producer. Known for his association with Power star and his good friend Sharat Marar, Nithin is in talk with Sharat Marar to invest in this flick. If the producers come to terms, then this project will be bankrolled under Sukumar Writing banner and Northstar productions and Geetha Arts needs to go out of production.

For now, Nithin is busy working for a youthful entertainer under the director Venky Kudumula of Chalo fame. Having Rashmika in the female lead, this flick will be out for Summer end.

Can 2019’s Summer Repeat 2018’s In Tollywood?

As the Sankranthi festival season is over, the Tollywood makers and movie lovers are waiting for the upcoming Summer holidays for the inflow of movies. A look at this year’s Summer is not so ecstatic.

For now, five flicks have announced their releases for this Summer. The holidays will be enjoyed with the biggest flick of the league Maharshi. Starring the Prince Mahesh Babu, this Vamsi’s directorial sleek stylish entertainer is the only flick which got some expectations and buzz. Then comes the Natural star Nani’s Jersey. Despite its gripping subject and emotional ride, the flick’s theme plot would only confined to certain section of audience. Also the Ninnu Kori fame Siva Narayana’s periodic love story with Chai and Sam too hit the screens in Summer but unfortunately, there is no buzz associating with this flick. Apart from this, we have Sharwanand-Sudheer Varma’s crime thriller and both of them needs a solid hit. On the flip side, the macho hero Gopichand and young hero Nikhil is also coming with their flicks. On top of all these, the youth icon Vijay Devarakonda’s Dear Comrade is yet to start its promotions.

Last year, the Tollywood saw three blockbusters in the name of Rangasthalam, Bharat Ane Nenu and Mahanati. Except for Maharshi, the movie lovers crossed their fingers for this year’s Summer where almost a business of 250 crores will be in stake.

The dashing director Harish Shankar took a lot of time post the flick DJ and finally decided to remake a Tamil blockbuster. For this flick, he has decided to rope in the local talent than the Mumbai beauties.

After dropping all the multistarrer plans, Harish Shankar got the remake rights of Tamil hit film Jigarthanda with the mega Prince Varun Tej. He managed to get Varun’s dates for this year along with the sidekick Vishnu Tej. Touted to be a crime thriller, this flick will be high in mass and action elements for the mega fans and shall be narrated in Harish’s crazy style. Despite opting for Hindi beauties, Harish decided to rope in the Ami Tumi fame Isha Rebba. This dusky Telugu beauty got her big break with Aravinda Sametha but she didn’t get big offers after the gigantic success of that project. After all these days, Jigarthanda remake will be a fine chance for her to make her mark in the minds of the masses.

The flick has been launched officially in the last month and 14 Reels Entertainment banner is bankrolling this project with decent budget. S S Thaman will score the music and the flick will be out for this year’s Summer end.
