Telangana CM KCR celebrated Rakhi Pournami with her sisters
and his siblings tied Rakhis to KCR.
While the siblings drove to his official residence Pragatibhavan, KCR has traditionally embraced rakhis and made them happy.
The 65-year-old KCR has nine sisters, some of them have perished.
