Telangana Unofficial CM KTR: KCR is staying in Delhi this week. Therefore, TRS leaders and government officials have been issued unauthorized orders that KTR handles all responsibilities as Chief Minister. KCR always tries to focus on KTR activities. As a part of it, KTR was given CM responsibilities unofficially.
Earlier, KCR tried to give the CM responsibilities to KTR and get retired. Since Harish Rao has more powers he just dropped from doing Telangana CM KTR. KCR plans everything to make Harish Rao under his control.He makes everyone think that KTR is CM in next elections and unofficial notice was sent to TRS leaders.
