Disney is remaking the 1994 classic film The Lion King. It means Disney is making this new version of The Lion King as a photorealistic computer-animated remake of the Disney’s traditionally animated 1994 film of the same name. This film produced by Walt Disney Pictures and directed by Jon Favreau. This director is well -known for his previous works like Iron Man -1, Iron Man-2 and The Jungle Book.
After the blockbuster Jungle Book film, director Jon Favreau is again eyed on a remake of 1994 traditional animated film The Lion King to make it more reach to the audience with the photorealistic animated movie. The official teaser of The Lion King is out. In the trailer, Rafiki presents the young Simba to the animals to the pride lands. The narration of the movie will remind us of the narration of this director’s last release The Jungle Book.The details like the cinematography, animations, music and the screenplay are the same to the Jungle Book.
The Jungle Book was the biggest hit and received a great response across the world. Now, the director Jon Favreau is eyeing for another blockbuster with The Lion King and it is scheduled to release in next summer and the tentative release date is 19th July 2019. The Jungle Book will be released in more regional languages in India and Telugu actor Rana is trying to get the Telugu version rights and he will give the voice for one of the major characters from the movie.
