Domestic airline IndiGo announced a temporary system slowdown across its network on Saturday, impacting its website and booking services. The airline stated that customers may encounter slower check-ins and longer wait times as a result.
In a travel advisory posted on X, IndiGo shared, “We are currently facing a temporary system slowdown across our network, affecting our website and booking system. This may lead to increased wait times at check-ins and longer queues at the airport.”
IndiGo, which operates over 2,000 flights daily, including international routes, assured passengers that they are working hard to restore normalcy as quickly as possible.
