A tense situation erupted in the US with positive cases rising day by day. The US tops the list of the nations with the most number of positive cases which reports 20% out of the worldwide cases.
To date 644,348 positive cases were reported in the US, witnessing 28,000 deaths of COVID-19 which is the highest in the world followed by Italy and Spain. It is believed that Trump might hold a meeting with all the Governors to finalize the revised guidelines for social distance.
“No one is intending to spread the virus. We know if you are sick you will stay home. But to all of you that are out there that would like to join together and just have that dinner party for 20 don’t do it yet. Continue to follow the presidential guidelines. We really appreciate the work of the American people,” Dr. Deborah Brix, a member of the White House Task Force on coronavirus said.
Talking about the worldwide scenario, 2,084,744 positive cases of COVID were reported while 134,685 deaths were confirmed. The good thing in this situation is that 515,475 patients have recovered from the virus to date which is a big relief.
