YS Vivekananda Reddy was found dead on March 15 at his home in Pulivendula.
The government formed a special team In March this year, with police officers from Anantapur, Chittoor and Tirupati to investigate the murder of former minister and YCP leader Vivekananda Reddy.
The new team inspected the home of YS Vivekananda Reddy on Wednesday.
DSP Ramakrishna and Pulivendula DSP Vasudevan, Anantapur district, visited Vivekananda Reddy’s home in the evening at around 5 pm.
Police inquired Watchman Rangayya.
The YCP government has recently set up a special team.
The accused in the murder case of former minister YS Vivekananda Reddy, Yerra Gangi Reddy, M.Krishna Reddy, V.prasad were produced before magistrate court at Pulivendula on Monday.
