A mysterious lWomen, on Twitter, shared her experience of the time when she was harassed by Ashish Patil of Yash Raj Films. The woman asserted that Ashish would continually guarantee her of a future, however, could never keep his statement. She asserted that she needed to enjoy a portion of Ashish’s sexual advantages as he continued driving her on with the guarantee of work at Yash Ra Films.
Reacting on her statement YRF took Twitter and stated that ” We have gone through the survivor’s account and her experience that Ms Japleen Parshica has shared “with the survivor’s consent on her twitter Handle. YRF respects women and strives to provide a safe working environment for its women colleagues including an aspiring artist who visits YSR for auditions, interviews or share their work.
YRF has zero tolerance towards any form of sexual exploitation or harassment of women employee artist both within the studio or outside, during any outdoor shooting of films. YRS take a serious view of misconduct. We have an internal complaints committee, as required under the prevention of sexual harassment of women at the workplace(Prevention, Prohibition, and Redressal) Act 2013.
We have taken the survival account very seriously and would like to investigate her story and go to the root of the matter. Respecting her anonymity, we would request her to kindly share the details of the incidents. We assure these details and your identity would be kept completely confidential and help us in our investigation.

We assure the survivor that shall take the strictest action against the alleged perpetrator If the allegations of sexual harassment are found to be true.On Tuesday Yash Raj Films terminates the services of Mr Asish Patel: Vice President – Brand Partnership and Talent Management & Business and creative Head -Yfilms with immediate effect.
