Deputy Speaker Kona Raghupathi has suspended three Telugu Desam Party MLAs K Atchannaidu, Gorantla Butchaiah Chowdaryand Nimmala Ramanaidu obstructing for proceedings of Legislative Assembly.
The House approved Finance Minister Buggana Rajendranath Reddy’s report to suspend the three members.
The issue came up during Question Hour when TDP members referred to the YSRCP’s promise of granting a pension to women of these communities over the age of 45.
The three members marshalled because they refused to leave the house and saying it is unfair to suspend them.
