Mega Nephew Panja Vaishnav Tej‘s latest film, Aadikeshava, hit theaters today with decent anticipation. Despite paid premieres, the movie falls short, turning out to be a clichéd and uninspiring watch. Here’s a concise review of the film.
Aadikeshava Story:
The plot follows Balu (Vaishnav Tej), a carefree guy who, on his father’s request, joins Chitra’s (Sree Leela) office. They fall in love, but Chitra’s father disrupts their plans by announcing her arranged marriage. Balu later discovers a mysterious connection to MLA Maha Kaleshwar Reddy (Suman) and his past. The unfolding of this connection and its link to Chenga Reddy (Joju George) and his mining factory forms the rest of the story.
Performances:
Vaishnav Tej: Attempts a mass role but lacks depth, managing a few punch dialogues.
Sree Leela: Impresses with cute expressions, good scenes, and expectedly great dance performances.
Joju George: Despite a solid screen presence, his routine villain role doesn’t offer much scope.
Supporting Cast: Adequate performances from the rest, including Sada, Suman, Tanikella Bharani, Radhika, Jayaprakash, etc.
