Sharing a fun insight into their friendship, Abhishek Bachchan revealed that he played a significant role in bringing Sonali Bendre and her husband Goldie Behl together. With a touch of humor, Abhishek recalled, “My Babhi, Sonali is sitting right beside me.
I take credit for choosing Goldie as her husband. He’s a close friend, and I like to claim that credit. I was like the third wheel!” Although not exactly a cupid, I used to chat with Goldie during the filming of “Angaaray,” a movie starring Sonali Bendre. I think that’s when they first met, and Goldie used to tell me that Sonali is really nice.”
