Shifting of Accused in Jagan Knife Attack Case to Vizag Central Jail:
In the case involving the knife attack on Jagan Mohan Reddy, the Vizag court granted the defense lawyers’ request and ordered the transfer of the accused, Srinivasa Rao, from Rajahmundry Jail to Vizag Central Jail. The court set the upcoming hearing for September 20.
Abdus Salim, the attorney representing the accused Srinivasa, addressed the media in Visakhapatnam on Wednesday.
He argued that during the moment of the attack on CM, there were no other witnesses besides the YSRC leaders.
We have lost trust in the police because they did not produce the knife in court. The case was intentionally filed against Janapalli Srinivas.” Abdus Salim maintained that they possessed all the necessary evidence.
