Tollywood fans have been eagerly waiting for a spy thriller that truly delivers, especially after recent disappointments like Jack, Nikhil’s Spy, and Akhil’s Agent. Now, all hopes are pinned on Goodachari 2 (G2), and an exciting update about the Goodachari 2 release date has just surfaced. Adivi Sesh’s highly anticipated spy action thriller is aiming for a grand release in June 2025.
Goodachari 2 promises to be bigger and better than its predecessor, with a massive budget and international standards in storytelling and production. Adivi Sesh is spearheading the project under the direction of Vinay Kumar Sirigineedi, aiming to redefine the spy genre in Telugu cinema.
At the HIT 3 pre-release event, actor Vishwak Sen revealed that Adivi Sesh is targeting a June 2025 release. Though Sesh didn’t officially confirm, his smile hinted that the news could be true. Fans can expect an official announcement very soon!
This stylish thriller is being made on a whopping ₹100 crore budget. It features Bollywood actor Emraan Hashmi in a significant role and introduces Baby John actress Wamiqa Gabbi as the female lead. The film also stars Madhu Shalini, Prakash Raj, and Jisshu Sengupta in pivotal roles.
Produced jointly by People Media Factory, Abhishek Agarwal Arts, and AK Entertainments, Goodachari 2 has music composed by Sricharan Pakala. With so much star power and a solid team, G2 could be the comeback Tollywood needs in the spy thriller space.
