Sithara Entertainments, one of Tollywood’s leading production houses, is joining hands with versatile actor Allari Naresh for an intense new project titled Alcohol. The makers recently dropped the gripping teaser, which hints at a completely different high.
The teaser showcases Allari Naresh in a never-before-seen avatar, portraying a man whose life drastically changes before and after consuming alcohol. Known for his comic timing, Naresh steps out of his comfort zone to deliver a dark, haunting thriller drama. His stylish yet unsettling look has already caught everyone’s attention.
Directed by Meher Tej, who earlier impressed with Family Drama, Alcohol promises to be another smart, sleek, and edgy thriller. The film is produced by Suryadevara Naga Vamsi and Sai Soujanya under the banners of Sithara Entertainments and Fortune Four Cinemas, with presentation by Srikara Studios.
The teaser highlights the film’s strong technical team – music by Ghibran, a powerful background score from Chaitan Bharadwaj, visuals by Jiju Sunny, and sharp editing from Niranjan Devaramane.
The ensemble cast is another major asset, featuring Ruhani Sharma, Niharika NM, Satya, Girish Kulkarni, Harshavardhan, Chaitanya Krishna, Venkatesh Kakumanu, and Kireeti. The much-loved Naresh–Satya combo is expected to bring a unique mix of humor and intensity to this thriller.
Alcohol is slated for a grand worldwide theatrical release on January 1, 2026, perfectly timed to give audiences a thrilling start to the New Year with a long holiday weekend.
