Amala Paul dismisses allegation on ‘1 Crore’ Scandal
South Indian heroine, Amala Paul has dismissed all the allegation on her pertaining to the ‘1 Crore’ scandal. She has released an official press note stating that ‘the documents that are showing that I purchased a car worth 1 Crore unofficially to evade tax is just rubbish. I have always paid my taxes on time. Even this year I paid around 1 crore as tax as Income Tax’.
She alleged that the Malayalam newspaper based in Malabar is writing this fake news to tarnish and damage her image.
‘I have every right to respond to such kind of senseless writings that have subjected me and my family to immense pain and suffering. Despite paying all my taxes, I don’t understand why this false news is creeping up. The corresponding newspaper did not stop writing these bogus articles even after I have issued them a clear explanation. As an India, I believe I have every right to buy what I want to have. With these false writings, the newspaper is only damaging its own reputation,’ Amala Paul said.
‘Do I have to take anyone’s permission to act in Telugu films? Even after the government introduced One Nation, One Tax; why is the difference being across the states. We all have to fight against poverty, hunger, corruption, and illiteracy. One shouldn’t propagate false news for publicity,’ stated the actress in her official press note release.
