Star director Anil Ravipudi has bagged the Best Director award for Nandamuri Balakrishna’s blockbuster Bhagavanth Kesari at the prestigious International Indian Film Academy Awards (IIFA). The grand IIFA Utsavam event took place at Yas Island, Abu Dhabi.
Tollywood star Venkatesh, who is currently collaborating with Anil Ravipudi on another action-packed film, presented the award. Anil Ravipudi, known for his perfect track record of success, was recognized for expertly addressing serious issues like women’s safety while maintaining an engaging and entertaining storyline.
Earlier, Bhagavanth Kesari also won the Best Film award at the South Indian International Movie Awards (SIIMA) 2023. Produced by Shine Screens, the film starred Kajal Aggarwal, Sreeleela, and Arjun Rampal alongside Balakrishna.
