Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister and Telugu Desam Party President Nara Chandrababu Naidu will Tuesday give away monthly unemployment allowance of Rs. 1,000 to the qualified jobless youth in the state, denoting the official launch of the ‘Mukhyamantri Yuva Nestham’ scheme on the eve of Gandhi Jayanthi.
