The problematic services were iMessage, some Apple Maps services, iCloud Mail, Apple TV Plus, the App Store, iCloud Keychain, Apple Music, and Podcasts, according to Apple’s system status page.
Apple notified users of the unavailable service many times but didn’t specify what was behind the issue,
Many users were reported on the outage-detecting site Down Detector, what issues with iMessage and iCloud, on Monday afternoon.
The problems were also affected for corporate employees who are working from home and retail workers got problems completing the work also. Mentioning Apple staff members, the report said that the outage has also delayed item pickups, product repairs, swaps.
This was quite possibly the broadest blackout to happen in some time, affecting Apple’s full scope of services.
