Samantha seems to be undergoing Ayurvedic treatment in Bhutan recently. She was seen bathing in a bathtub with wild herbs. Now Samantha spoke highly of those herbs.
Samantha is currently trying everything to fully recover from myositis. For so many days she returned saying hospital and medicines. Now it seems that natural medicine is trying to reduce myositis. And Samantha specially went to Bhutan. Ayurvedic treatment is being done there. Samantha explains about the treatment she is undergoing. She gave details about her treatment called Datsho (hot stone bath).
Thousands of years ago, there were good relations between Bhutan and India.. They used to share customs, traditions and knowledge between the two countries.. At that time both the countries shared the goodness of Ayurveda.. This hot stone bath is famous in Tibet.. They discovered this method from Indian Ayurveda.. This hot In the tub those stones melt and release their energy.. that happens only in this hot tub. This method is called dotshow.
The herbs used in this are called kempa.. they stimulate our muscles.. those leaves should also be put in this bath tub.. if heated for five or six hours.. all the energy in it will come out.. it will be mixed with the water.. these two together will relieve the pain, body pains and fatigue in us. Samantha explained about the treatment that she is taking saying that it removes.. Stomach pain.. Weakness of bones.. Joint pains.
