Balakrishna Criticizes Jagan for Naidu’s Jail Term:
TD leader and Hindupur MLA N. Balakrishna has urged the public to make a thoughtful choice between vendetta and progress when exercising their voting rights. He emphasized the need for every citizen to stand up and protect the state from further decline, considering it a crucial moment.
Balakrishna pledged to lead the charge against corruption and oppression, assuring the people that he would be at the forefront of this battle.
He accused Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy of being primarily driven by political vengeance, showing little concern for development. In contrast, he praised TDP chief and former CM N. Chandrababu Naidu for his unwavering commitment to progress.
Balakrishna argued that Naidu had been unfairly implicated in a case without substantial evidence and expressed confidence in Naidu’s exoneration. He criticized the lack of development in the state under Jagan’s leadership, asserting that Jagan’s focus was solely on political retaliation.
Balakrishna alleged that Jagan’s desire to imprison TDP leaders stemmed from his own 16-month stint in jail, as he now aimed to see Naidu spend at least 16 days behind bars.
Furthermore, the TDP MLA highlighted Jagan’s legal troubles, including facing cases under the PD Act, ED, and CBI for the past decade. He believed Jagan intended to keep Naidu occupied with similar legal matters.
Balakrishna commended Chandrababu Naidu for his contributions to education, particularly in building schools for underprivileged students.
Regarding the skill development program, Balaya noted its origin in Gujarat and its subsequent implementation in Andhra Pradesh with an investment of Rs 3,281 crore. He mentioned Siemens providing software and Design Tech offering training, resulting in a successful job placement program. In Hindupur, a skill development fair resulted in 1,200 youth finding employment. Statewide, over 2.13 lakh youth received training through the program, with over 72,000 securing jobs, an achievement recognized with an award for Design Tech’s contributions.
Balakrishna cautioned that youth were closely monitoring Jagan’s actions and alleged conspiracies, expressing concerns about potential future taxation even on the air they breathe.
