Balakrishna’s Akhanda 2 Eyes New Release Date Amid Clash with Pawan Kalyan’s OG

Akhanda 2 is one of the most-anticipated films in Telugu cinema, reuniting the blockbuster duo Balakrishna and director Boyapati Srinu for the fourth time.

The movie has wrapped up its shoot and is currently in the post-production stage. Initially scheduled for release on September 5, 2025, the film was set to clash directly with Pawan Kalyan’s highly awaited OG.

However, industry reports suggest that Akhanda 2 might be rescheduled to avoid the heavy box office clash. The new release date is expected to be announced soon.

Fans are eagerly awaiting to see whether Balakrishna will stick to the original plan or opt for a solo release window for maximum impact.
