Bellamkonda Sreenivas’ ‘Kishkindhapuri’ Reverts to Original Release Date: Set to Hit Theaters on September 12
In a surprising update, the makers of Kishkindhapuri, starring Bellamkonda Sreenivas, have officially confirmed that the film will now release on September 12, going back to their original plan. Just a few days ago, the team had shifted the release date to October 13, citing the symbolic relevance of the number ‘13’ in horror culture as the reason behind the change.
However, after weighing the potential drawbacks of a Saturday release, particularly from a box-office perspective, the production team decided to stick with a Thursday release. This move is expected to give the film a longer weekend window and a better chance at audience engagement.
Directed by Koushik Pegallapati, the horror-comedy features Anupama Parameswaran as the female lead. The official theatrical trailer is set to be launched tomorrow at 11:07 AM, creating further anticipation among fans.
Produced by Sahu Garapati under the Shine Screens banner, the film boasts a compelling soundtrack with music composed by Chaitan Bharadwaj and Sam CS.
