In order to handle the increase in passenger demand, the South Western Railway has started operating unreserved special express trains between Bengaluru and New Bhubaneswar. The services will give commuters between these two large cities easy ways to get around.
Train 06287, known as the SVM Bengaluru-New Bhubaneswar Jansadharan Special, is scheduled to leave Bengaluru on Saturday, October 28 at 3.30 am and arrive in New Bhubaneswar on Monday, October 29 at 6.30 am. Along the route, it will stop at significant locations like Duvvada and Pendurthi.
On Sunday, October 29, at 8.15 am, the New Bhubaneswar-SMV Bengaluru Special train, number 06288, will leave New Bhubaneswar and arrive at SMV Bengaluru at 9.45 am. Additionally, it will pass through Pendurthi and other stations.
Bengaluru Cantonment, Krishnarajapuram, Bangarapet, Jolarpettai, Katapadi, Renigunta, Gudur, Vijayawada, Rajahmundry, Duvvada, Pendurthi, Kottavalasa, Vizianagaram, Srikakulam, Palasa, Brahmapur, Chatrapur, Khurda Road, and Bhubaneswar are among the notable stations where the train services will stop.
