BharatPe introduces a new Android PoS device
BharatPe has introduced its latest Android-based point of sale (PoS) terminal, named BharatPeSwipe Android. This innovative terminal offers diverse modes for accepting digital payments, including debit/credit cards, UPI, mobile wallets, and QR codes.
This Android device is powered by the Android 10 operating system and features a 5.5-inch HD touchscreen. It boasts a long-lasting battery with support for fast charging and compatibility with both 4G and Wi-Fi networks, ensuring enhanced connectivity.
The device also enables merchants to accept QR payments through dynamically generated QR codes directly from the terminal. Additionally, it offers the capability to generate physical receipts for QR-based payments.
It plans to give its merchants the option to upgrade from their Linux-based POS systems to the new Android-based POS device. With the launch of the Pos Android Device, the company aims to double its POS network count within the next year.
