Despite limited screenings, Ai managed to collect Rs 62 lakhs on its first day. However, the real surprise came on the fourth day, when it created a sensation by raking in over Rs 2.2 crores, a 300% increase.
This comedy entertainer, directed by Anji K, stars Narne Nithin and Nayan Sarika in the lead roles, with Maniputra overseeing the direction. Produced by Allu Aravind under the GA2 Pictures banner, the film’s music is composed by Ram Miriyala. With strong word of mouth, Ai is expected to continue its impressive box office run in the coming days.
