The Bharat Rashtra Samithi BRS 23rd Foundation Day commemorated its journey from regional roots to national prominence across Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, and Odisha. Initially born as the Telangana Rashtra Samithi in 2001 under K Chandrashekhar Rao’s leadership, the party’s evolution into a national force in 2022 was marked with grand celebrations amid intensive parliamentary campaign activities, including a notable 17-day road tour led by the founder president.
Led by working president KT Rama Rao, the festivities resonated at the State headquarters and various district offices, highlighting the BRS’s pioneering role in setting developmental benchmarks, notably with initiatives like Rythu Bandhu, now emulated at the national level. From Telangana Bhavan to district offices like Siddipet, Nalgonda, and Khammam, the day was marked with flag hoisting ceremonies, affirming BRS’s enduring commitment to its founding ideals and nationwide impact.
