CBN’s Chances Of Getting Arrested: TDP’s Calculations

Date:

The Maharashtra Government shocked the AP CM Chandrababu Naidu and his camp by serving Non-Bailable Warrant notices in 2010’s Babli Dharna Case. however, the TDP camp has their own version of fighting this battle. At first, the TDP and its Supreme CBN tried to take these notices in a litre manner as if they matter nothing. Within a couple of days, the notices went viral and CBN went to a stage to give an explanation about it. The fact that those notices were Non-Bailable Warrant and they seek CBN’s presence at any cost in front of the Maharashtra Court.

TDP Spokesperson T Ramakrishna ruled out the necessity of CBN

But then the TDP Spokesperson T Ramakrishna ruled out the necessity of CBN in this case. He might escape the appearance in Court stating his duty as the CM of AP and preoccupied schedule. Also, Ramakrishna opined that the Babli issue happened in 2010 and the charge sheet was filed in 2013. All these years, CBN received no summons then the sudden notices is a guaranteed ploy of his present rivals BJP and its allies to checkmate CBN.Currently, the TDP leaders along with their official advocates are busy checking out all the law books to find any loopholes or clauses to make CBN stay far from this case.
