CM KCR Review In A Pending Case On Vote For Note

TDP MLA and key leader Somireddy Chandramohan Reddy lashed out on Telangana CM KCR after the latter reviewed the ‘Vote-for-note’ case last evening in Pragathi Bhavan.
‘In one of its comments, the High Court of Andhra Pradesh termed the vote-for-note case as a false case when the prime accused Muttaiah tried filed his petition. The case is currently pending in the court of law. So how can a Chief Minister review the case? This is nothing but political vendetta’ said Somireddy.
Responding to Somireddy’s comments, TRS MLA Karne Prabhakar said, ‘the Chief Minister of a State has enough power to review all the pending cases, along with the vote-for-note case. There is no relation between the cases, and the elections’.
Meanwhile, sources confirmed that the prime accused Muttaiah would come in front of the media, and given his version of the entire episode. Speaking to media earlier in the evening, Congress leader Revanth Reddy said that, KCR’s review is only after PM Modi has given the directions.
