Coolie, the much-anticipated action entertainer starring Superstar Rajinikanth and directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, is gearing up for a massive Independence Day release on August 14, 2025. The film will go head-to-head with Bollywood’s War 2, and to ensure a strong foothold in the Hindi market, the makers are leaving no stone unturned.
To capture attention in the Hindi-speaking belt, the team is planning a high-profile pre-release event in Mumbai. With an ensemble cast that includes Aamir Khan, Nagarjuna Akkineni, Upendra, Soubin Shahir, and Sathyaraj, the event is expected to be a star-studded affair designed to amplify the film’s buzz.
Adding to the excitement, Anirudh Ravichander, who received immense praise for his music in Jawan, will reportedly deliver a live performance at the Mumbai event.
