In the early morning, a female scientist who went out for jogging collided with a car and then raped before threw her into a cave.
Coming to details Suzanne Eaton(59), resident of the USA, works as Germany Molecular Biologist at Institute Dresden University.
She travelled to Greece to participate in a conference.
She went back to walking on Crete Island on July 2 and never returned.
Police have the suspect the 27-year-old Greek man questioned with the help of CCTV footage.
He confessed that he hit Suzanne twice with a car and made unconscious.
The suspect put Suzanne in his car trunk and drove to the bunker’s ventilation drain, where he raped her.
He then blocked the opening with a wooden palette and drove to the graveyard nearby and cleaned the trunk.
The police haven’t revealed the accused details as per Greek Law.
