Dulquer Salmaan, affectionately known as DQ in the Malayalam film industry, is currently deeply involved in the filming of his upcoming Telugu project, “Lucky Baskhar,” directed by Venky Atluri. Alongside, his other venture, “Kaantha,” has been generating significant buzz in online circles.
With the recent release of “Bramayugam,” featuring Megastar Mammootty in a captivating black and white presentation, speculations have emerged regarding whether Dulquer Salmaan’s “Kaantha” will also embrace the timeless charm of monochrome cinematography. However, while rumors are rife, an official confirmation regarding this unique artistic direction is yet to be made.
Directed by Selvamani Selvaraj, “Kaantha” is a collaborative effort between Rana Daggubati’s Spirit Media and DQ’s Wayfarer Films.
