Exercise every day and Keep Hospitals at bay by CBN

Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, gave a piece of advice to one and all on health. He asked everyone to exercise every day at least for an hour and keep the hospitals at bay. He also asked to ease the pressures of life and lift one’s spirits.
Chief minister Naidu, who was present at the third Amaravati Marathon in the capital on Sunday from the Indira Gandhi Municipal Corporation Stadium, here, said many such marathons and sports would be organized in the state since they bring health, wealth and fame to people. He was there as chief guest who flagged the program.
On Sunday morning around 7500 people took part in the 5k, 10k and Half Marathon run. The enthusiastic participants are from different age groups ranging from four years to 70 years.
Mr. Naidu mentioned that next year, this marathon would be an international event. He also appreciated Managing director and ex-officio secretary of the AP State Housing Corporation, Kantilal Dande, who also partook in the event.
Naidu reminded that he had started the Hyderabad Marathon 23 years ago, which has now become a major event.
