The Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences (KNRUHS) has decided to extend the reporting date for the second phase of web counseling for MBBS admissions until 5 p.m. on September 9. Initially, the second phase was completed, and seats were allotted to various colleges, with the admission deadline set for September 7. However, due to various reasons, some students did not complete their admissions.

In response to requests from parents and students, Health Minister T. Harish Rao agreed to extend the counseling phase and provide a chance for students to attend the third phase of counseling for MBBS admissions.

He also instructed the vice-chancellor to extend the reporting date for colleges and encouraged students to report to their allocated medical colleges with their original certificates by 5 p.m. on September 9.
