F5 establishing the second engineering center in India
On Monday, F5, a prominent multi-cloud application security and delivery player, inaugurated its new engineering center in Bengaluru, India. The 50,000 square feet facility, accommodating up to 250 employees, aims to facilitate research, development, and product innovation, thereby expanding the company’s range of multi-cloud application security and delivery solutions.
Francois Locoh-Donou, President and CEO of F5, highlighted India’s thriving technology ecosystem and its government-led initiatives like Digital India, which foster innovation. He emphasized that the new engineering center in Bengaluru would leverage local talent to deliver innovative multi-cloud application solutions to its global customer base.
The engineering center in Bengaluru will provide opportunities for skilled engineers to work on cutting-edge technologies and address evolving customer requirements. it has been operating in India for over two decades, with its largest R&D center in Hyderabad, collaborating with its engineering centers in the US and Israel to enhance its solution portfolio. The Bengaluru center will further enhance these capabilities and provide access to a larger talent pool and resources in the country.
