Police have lodged an FIR against Congress Leaders Digvijay Singh, Jyotiraditya Scindia, Kamal Nath, and Vyapam scam informant Prashant Pandey. Additional Superintendent of Police Shashank Garg addressed the media on Friday and stated that a First Information Report (FIR) was held up late on Thursday against the four for purportedly submitting forged documents, deceiving and controlling the courts under several sections of the Indian Penal Code regarding the Vyapam case.
This comes in the wake of a petition filed by Bharatiya Janata Party’s (BJP) legal advocate Santosh Sharma in the court of Judge Suresh Singh. The appeal to claimed that the Congress leaders had submitted fake reports regarding the Vyapam case. They were also blamed for endeavouring to deceive and control the Supreme Court and the High Court.
Based on this appeal, the judge had ordered the Shyamla Hills Police Station to hold up an FIR against the charged. It might be reviewed that Digvijay had documented an appeal to in a Bhopal court and appended a 27,000-page Chargesheed with it regarding the Vyapam case. The few politicians, businesspeople, and authorities, in Madhya Pradesh, are involved in vyapam scam which is related to College admissions and recruitments. Congress Leaders Version yet to be addressed on this issue. Few Congress leaders need to understand that Karma is Boomerang.
