According to analysts, Jammu and Kashmir are likely to bifurcate into three, the condition in Kashmir from a few days making sense. The Central govt may divide Ladakh as a Union Territory by dividing the state into two separate states – Jammu and Kashmir.
The government to announce the decision at a Cabinet meeting today. There are speculations the relevant bill to be introduced in Parliament soon. Govt decided to scrap provision of articles 370 and 35A.
