Across Andhra Pradesh’s 6 Territories, the film got off to a good start. However, thanks to the not-so-great word of mouth, the Ceded region had a slow beginning. The total share from Andhra Pradesh is predicted to be over 22Cr, counting hires and GST. Early estimates for the total share from Telugu states are at a whopping 38Cr+.
Impressive Showing Overseas and Across India
“Guntur Kaaram box office” is expected to rock the overseas market with a day 1 collection of over 2.75M+, crossing 10.5Cr+. The rest of India is also doing well, with an expected share of around 2Cr. Overall, the movie’s day 1 share is pegged at over 50Cr, setting a new record for Mahesh Babu and regional films. With theatrical rights valued at 135Cr, the movie has already recovered over 1/3rd of that on the opening day, signaling a fantastic start.
