Powerstar Pawan Kalyan’s long-delayed pan-Indian film Hari Hara Veera Mallu, directed by Jyothi Krishna, had a rough journey at the box office. The historical action drama, which faced repeated postponements due to the actor’s political commitments, finally hit theaters on July 24. However, the film could not live up to expectations and ended up as a disappointment for fans and trade circles.
The movie has now taken a new route through its OTT release on Prime Video, streaming in multiple Indian languages. Surprisingly, within just a day of its digital premiere, Hari Hara Veera Mallu shot straight to the top spot on Prime Video India’s trending chart, proving that audiences were keen to catch it online despite its theatrical setback.
The film features Nidhhi Agerwal as the female lead opposite Pawan Kalyan, while Bollywood star Bobby Deol plays the main antagonist. Backed by veteran producer AM Ratnam under Mega Surya Production, the movie boasts music composed by MM Keeravani.
