The Telangana State chief minister K.Chandrasekhar Rao’s Federal Front dreams seem to be poured off by his own skeptical strategy.KCR is the one among all the other persons who have taken a quick initiative when it comes to the third front in the country. KCR whose name has been heard mostly when it comes to the federal front has been replaced by Andhra Pradesh chief minister Chandrababu Naidu now.
Earlier, KCR has been very active in meeting up the anti-BJP parties to form the Federal Front. In this context, he even met Mamata Banerjee, the W.B chief minister, Aravind Kejriwal-the Delhi chief minister, Kumaraswamy-the Karnataka chief minister and other few. It was projected extensively that KCR would play a vital role in national politics but nearly a couple of months later everything has been changed.
After Kumaraswamy joined hands with Congress to form the government in Karnataka, there was a change in the strategy of KCR. The A.P chief minister Chandrababu Naidu has also shown his indirect support to Congress by moving close to Rahul Gandhi in the swearing-in ceremony of Kumaraswamy. As the Congress and TDP were getting closer in context of the Federal Front, KCR has distanced himself from leading this front. As KCR doesn’t have good terms with Congress( As he betrayed the UPA by breaking the promise of merging TRS in Congress after the formation of Telangana) and even with TDP supremo to a certain extent, he stayed away from all the activities of the federal front.
Earlier the other state chief ministers who have supported KCR is now giving their support to Chandrababu Naidu. Chandrababu Naidu who is known as the most intelligent person has been successful in getting the support and hold of other chief ministers Mamata(W.B), Kumaraswamy(KAR), Vijayan(KL), in supporting Delhi Chief minister’s Dharna. The skeptical strategy of KCR has obviously backfired his Federal Front dreams to a larger extent.
