Title is presently focused at around 530 km southeast of Gopalpur in Odisha and 480 km east-southeast of Kalingapatnam in Andhra Pradesh. The IMD release said while wind rates would reach 100 kmph along south Odisha drift, it would stay inside 75 kmph in the north. Deputy Special Relief Commissioner P K Mohapatra said around 300 speedboats have been arranged to aid the protected activity and every one of the 879 tornado and surge covers have been kept on reserve.
