Sumanth is known for his experimental films and his willingness to try different genres. He is once again coming with a different story film titled Mahendragiri Varahi. The film is being produced under the banner of Rajashyamala Entertainment and is based on the story revolving around Varahi Ammavari temple in Mahendragiri.
The film unit recently visited Sarada Peetha to seek the grace of the goddess. Hero Sumanth, heroine Meenakshi, film directors Jagarlapudi Santhosh, producers Kalipu Madhu, M Subbareddy and others performed pooja at Rajashyamala Ammavari temple and met the presidents Swarupanandendra and Swatmanandendra Swamu. They were also felicitated with a shawl by the presiding officers.
The shooting of the film has started in the month of June this year and the production of the film is going on at a brisk pace. The film is expected to be released soon. This is not the first time Sumanth has worked on a film with a religious theme. He has previously starred in the film Subramanyapuram, which was based on the life of Subramanya Swamy.
Sumanth is known for his dedication to his craft and his willingness to go to any lengths to get a perfect shot. He is also known for his humility and his down-to-earth nature. Mahendragiri Varahi is expected to be another feather in Sumanth’s cap. The film is sure to entertain and enlighten the audience.
